null Najran University Ranks Second Nationwide in Employee Engagement Survey Among Educational Institutions

Najran University has achieved a new national milestone by securing second place across the Kingdom in the 2024 Employee Engagement Survey, within the category of educational and training institutions, with an outstanding score of 97.80%. This achievement is part of the Human Capital Development Program in the public sector one of the key pillars of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

The university president, Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Khudairy, received the recognition award from His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development during the ministry’s ceremony honoring outstanding entities in employee satisfaction and engagement indicators.

Employee engagement is considered one of the most vital indicators for assessing the quality of the work environment and motivating government employees. This high score reflects Najran University’s positive workplace culture built on empowerment, participation, and transparency.

Dr. Abdulmajeed Al-Qarni, Supervisor of the General Administration of Human Resources at Najran University, stated that this recognition reaffirms the university’s commitment to creating a motivating environment that believes in people before systems, placing the individual at the center of institutional development. He emphasized that employee satisfaction is the cornerstone of any organizational excellence.
